Information you provide
Inquiry and event forms collect your name, email, event type, date, location, package preference and any phone number or notes you choose to provide. Review forms collect your name, email, event type, rating and review. If you receive and sign an agreement, its terms, your typed name and the signing time are recorded.
How it is used
DJ Sarif uses this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, plan bookings, manage agreements and moderate reviews. Inquiry and review submissions generate email notifications. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Reviews and public events
Only approved reviews are displayed publicly. An approved review may show your name, event type, rating and review text; your email is not displayed. Flyers, venue details and ticket links for advertised public performances appear on the site. Private calendar entries are shown as booked dates.
Services involved
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Forms, calendar information, booking records and email notifications use Google services. Google Fonts supplies the site fonts. Those providers may receive connection information such as your IP address when your browser loads their services. Ticket links and social links open third-party sites with their own privacy practices.

To ask about your information, request a correction or removal, or discuss a published review, email [email protected]. DJ Sarif will review the request, including any records that need to be retained for an existing booking or agreement.
